Exercere - Campaign shoot

Exercere's vision is to create comfortable and fashionable workout clothes for women that fit into an active lifestyle. Exercere's owners, Emillie and Larua, approached us with a desire to raise awareness with both image and video material leading up to their annual summer sale.

Our method of execution

Planning

We presented a concept with our creative thoughts to Exercere's owners, Emilie and Laura. We wanted to capture the summer feeling with a touch of luxury and 'old money'. Through our network, we organised a yacht that would be the focus of the entire production. To enhance the dynamics and support the mood, we utilised different media. This included an old analogue nimslo 3D camera, a VHS camera and a larger modern cinema-camera.

Shooting

One early morning, we arrived at the yacht, which needed to be prepared before the models arrived. Everything was washed down and opened up so that we had the best possible conditions for production. We had two photographers on the job, so we could optimise the time for the different cameras and make the best use of the time. This enabled us to keep to the schedule and at the same time get more material than we needed.

Editing and delivery

We had a tight deadline to deliver all the agreed creatives. This deadline was extremely important to meet as the Exercere sale was just a few weeks away. Therefore, through sharp communication, deadlines were set for the delivery of stills and video material so that Emilie and Laura had the opportunity to distribute it in their marketing funnel as the material was finalised. This meant that we were able to deliver the creatives throughout the editing process so that they could create more awareness of the sale.
