ANDEL - Representative elections

Andel Energi supplies electricity, natural gas and energy counselling to more than 1.2 million private and business customers. As Denmark's largest energy company, they feel a great responsibility to accelerate the green transition, and with their board of representatives, it is possible for ordinary citizens to influence this process. The representatives continuously follow and discuss developments in the company, the energy system and the green transition of our society. With an upcoming election looming, they wanted a higher representation of young people. This is where WeAreCube, led by Rasmus Kolbe, and our creativity came into play. With the help of well-known influencer Laura Keil, we had to develop and produce four videos that aimed to capture the young, climate-conscious viewer.

Our method of execution

Alignment of expectations

WeAreCube contacted us 2 weeks before Andel was due to go live with the campaign. This put pressure on the creative process and we had to think fast in terms of concept, script and creative direction. With a single online meeting with Rasmus Kolbe, we got the concept and direction in place, for which we had to write five scripts that the client subsequently reviewed. With the client's input, everything fell into place and we were now prepared for filming.

The days of shooting

Due to the tight deadline, we filmed in Rasmus Kolbe's apartment. The lights and backdrop we brought with us created a great studio setup that allowed us to film all day without the effects of sunlight. Laura Keil was in charge of performing the scripts. With her experience and her natural behaviour in front of a camera, the recordings were efficient and good.

Editing and delivery

We had to deliver the project over the Christmas holidays, which placed great demands on our flexibility in editing and the customer being quick to respond to comments.

We set clear deadlines for each part of the editing process so that the project could be fully completed by 2 January. With ongoing contact with Rasmus Kolbe and Andel, as well as a strong internal effort, we managed to deliver everything on time, despite the Christmas holidays.
